Annual Members meeting was held Oct. 13. Seven members were seated on the Board, (though one subsequently resigned leaving one open seat on both the Board and ACRC). At the Organizational meeting that followed, Rod Hintz was elected President again for the 2026 year. See Meeting & Events page for added details.

The COVENANT AMENDMENT re: rentors passing a background check did not achieve the 100 votes needed, but has 90 days for added signatures to be collected. You can download the form to vote for/against the amendment, here. Meeting Notices & News for added details.

Beware Phishing Scam purporting to be from our Property Manager. It simply says, “Do you have a PayPal account” and is supposedly signed by Sara LaPointe. It’s a scam. Do NOT reply. Do not send money! Here’s one of many online articles re: recognizing scams and what to do if you’ve been a victim.

Woodfield (and Preserves) Garage Sale - Saturday Nov. 8th, 7:30 am - noon. Get your stuff ready! (Brookshire will be having their garage sale on the morning of Oct. 25.)

October 13 Board Meeting News - The 2026 budget (as mailed to all homeowners) was approved. Street Parking amendment needs further tweaks to clarify boat/RV/etc. parking and will be taken up at the next Board meeting. See Meeting Notices & News for added details.

If you are planning exterior work (paint, landscape, fence, etc.) ACRC approval is required. Architectural Control Review Forms have been updated to reflect the new address where forms should be sent. Please discard any older version form you may have. The form was mailed to all homeowners and is available for download from our Documents and Forms page under the Resources tab.
