Aug 10, 2026 (Mon), 6:45 pm ET: Board of Directors (BoD) meeting. The next meeting of the Woodfield at Heritage Oaks Home Owners Association (HOA) Board of Directors (BoD) will be held at 6:45 PM on Monday, August 10th at the West Melbourne public library located at 2755 Wingate Blvd, West Melbourne, FL 32904. The agenda is posted here and on the bulletin board by the pool 48 hours prior to the meeting date.

Aug 12, 2026 (Wed), 8:00 am - 12:00 pm ET: The pool, playground and parking lot will be closed for maintenance and cleaning.

If you are planning exterior work (paint, landscape, fence, etc.) ACRC approval is required. Architectural Control Review Forms have been updated to reflect the new address where forms should be sent. Please discard any older version form you may have. The form was mailed to all homeowners and is available for download from our Documents and Forms page under the Resources tab.
