Annual Member Meeting & Election Update - On Oct. 14, the Woodfield HOA met for the Annual Members Meeting. Quorum was not achieved. Therefore the meeting and elections could not be held. In such cases, prior Board members continue serving for the new year and new members may be appointed to fill open seats. Here is your 2027 Board:

Treasurer: Mike Brennan
Directors: Joe Connors and Lisa Case

Thank you to our dedicated 2026 Board—Rod, Mike, Joe and Lisa—who chose to continue on for another year. Welcome to our two newest members, Anthony and David. Special thanks to outgoing Board members, Ted McKercher and Debbie Sandberg who have and will continue to do so much for our neighborhood. And thank you to all residents who came to the meeting or mailed in their election proxy form.

HOA Board Meeting & 2027 Budget (Oct. 14) - Multiple topics were covered:

• The Board approved the 2027 budget. Copies of the budget were mailed to all homeowners prior to the meeting and may be requested from our Management company by writing to the address shown at the bottom of this page.

• Updates on Woodfield projects old and new were covered, Minutes will be posted in the Documents section in the coming days. Audience input was also solicited as the Board is eager to hear from residents about improvements they’d like the Board to be working on.

• We had two invited guests, both candidates running for W. Melbourne City Council: Dr. Diana Adams, who is seeking re-election, and John Dittmore, who was a prior City Council member. Diana and John have been extremely supportive of our community in past issues and were able to provide updates on current and future projects impacting West Mel.

All residents are encouraged to attend Board meetings during the year. Meeting announcements and agendas are posted by the pool. Don’t forget to vote on Nov. 3rd.

If you are planning exterior work (paint, landscape, fence, etc.) ACRC approval is required prior to the start of any work. Architectural Control Review Forms are available for download from our Documents and Forms page under the Resources tab and should be submitted to Bayside Management Services.(Address is on the form and is shown bottom of this page.)
