To purchase or replace a remote for the front entrance gate, contact:

You’ll need to provide your name, address and phone number to program the gate.
The remote costs $35.
Your new remote will be mailed to you directly and info you provide will be programmed into the gate directory box.

To open the front entrance gate using the keypad:
On the keypad, enter # (the pound symbol).
Then enter the last 4 numbers of the phone number
that calls your phone from the call box—which is your entry code.

There is a $25 fee for new pool passes.

POOL & PLAYGROUND HOURS: 8 AM - Dusk
Closing time may vary with Daylight Saving Time.
Use at your own risk. No lifeguards on duty.
Individuals at the pool under 16 years old must be accompanied and under the supervision of a responsible person over the age of 21 years.

No overnight pool lot parking, strictly enforced.
(If you have a special event, overflow parking may be granted by a waiver from the Board of Directors. To put in a special request, write to Board@WoodfieldatHeritageOaks.org, and indicate your event date. If granted, those cars must be out by 9 am the following day to provide parking for residents using the pool.

The mailbox & decorative bracket that displays the house numbers, address plaques for above the garage and post lamp can be ordered from Creative Mailboxes.
Although it is not listed on their website, the brackets can be cast. If ordering a mailbox, request the one with a red “carrier flag”—the thing that tells the carrier you have mail to be picked up.

Paint type to be used on mailbox repaint is Satin, not flat.

Reflective numbers for your mailbox can also be ordered from Creative Mailboxes or you can find lower-cost numbers at Lowes, Home Depot or Ace Hardware which are also acceptable.

If a mailbox is broken in the plaque area under the box, it can normally be repaired by MetalTek (formerly known as Smitty’s Welding) located on US 1 near Southeast Honda.
