PROPOSED COVENANTS AMENDMENTS - FOR HOMEOWNER REVIEW & SIGNATURE

Covenants amendment re: Homeowners obtaining a criminat background check before renting Woodfield properties did not attain the 100 yes votes needed at the Oct. 13 Annual Member Meeting. But, there’s a 90-day window to obtain the added signatures needed. Here’s the Limited Proxy form to vote for/against the amendment. PROPOSED STREET PARKING AMENDMENT to Rules & Regs was tabled at the Oct 13 Board meeting to clarify rules re: parking boats/RVs/etc. The revised amendment will be shared here and with all homeowners and will be reviewed/voted on at an upcoming Board meeting.
