NOTE: We have received reports that homeowners in our community are experiencing frequent incidents of trespassing on their property by other residents of our community.  Please remember that each homeowner's lot is their private property and should not be entered without the homeowner's consent.  This applies to children as well as adults, so please remind your children they need permission before they enter anyone else’s yard.  Failure to get consent before entering someone else’s property is trespassing, and violators are subject to arrest by West Melbourne Police Department. If you are planning exterior work (paint, landscape, fence, etc.) ACRC approval is required. Architectural Control Review Forms have been updated to reflect the new address where forms should be sent. Please discard any older version form you may have. The form was mailed to all homeowners and is available for download from our Documents and Forms page under the Resources tab.
